The Challenge Illoura The Label had real momentum — but growth had outpaced their systems. Their marketing lacked cohesion across channels, their website copy lacked distinction, and there was no clear framework tying their visual identity, email, or social presence together.
The Approach I began with a full ecommerce audit, identifying the gaps between where the brand was and where it needed to be. From there I built out a refined social strategy, created lookbook and EDM templates to bring consistency to their creative output, and rewrote their website copy to better reflect the brand's positioning and move customers through to purchase.
